At Roomytown we know how important it is to receive your order quickly. Every order is processed with care and sent out as soon as possible.

Estimated Shipping Times

• UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

We currently ship to the UK and USA. All orders are automatically routed to the print facility closest to your delivery address to speed up delivery and reduce our carbon footprint.

Shipping Costs 

We offer free shipping on all orders above £50.
Shipping costs on orders below £50 have a flat rate of £5.95.

We use trusted local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. If you’d like to know which provider serves your area, please contact us .

 

PO boxes, APO or BFPO

At this time we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or APO (Army Post Office) addresses. Please provide an alternative residential address at checkout.

 

Packaging of Art Prints and Frames

We take packaging seriously so your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

• Unframed prints – Hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes. (A4 and smaller sizes are sometimes shipped flat in sturdy cardboard envelopes.)

• Framed prints – Wrapped in a protective sleeve with padded guards on each corner for extra protection. Additional cardboard covers the print surface to minimise the risk of breakage during transit, and everything is then placed inside a heavy-duty cardboard box.

You can rest assured your art is carefully packed from our studio to your door.
