About us
The idea for Roomytown came when Lorena Siminovich (our Founder and CEO) found herself regularly redecorating her daughter Matilda’s bedroom as she reached each childhood milestone. From baby years to school years, Lorena wanted her room to reflect her unique spirit and changing interests, and each time, she found herself designing artwork for the walls herself...
With her background as a designer, illustrator and entrepreneur, Lorena figured it was time to make this artwork available to others and expand the offerings to create a kids art brand of her own - one that offers hand-picked, art-driven prints with real personality: Roomytown! Homeware, Gifts & Prints
Yes. Each of our enamel trays is expertly handcrafted in India. Because of the handmade production process, small variations in colour or finish may occur — these are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
Please hand-wash your enamel trays with mild soap and warm water. They’renot suitable for the microwave or dishwasher, as this can damage the finish.
Yes, our enamel trays are food safe.
We use giclée printing on premium uncoated matte 200 gsm paper, with water-based, non-toxic inks. This combination ensures a beautiful, long-lasting print without glossiness.
“Giclée” (French meaning “sprayed”) describes a high-fidelity inkjet print process used in fine art reproduction. It delivers very fine detail and excellent colour depth, especially for high-quality original images.
Unframed prints are hand-rolled in tissue paper, then shipped in extra-thick tubes (or sturdy envelopes for A4 and smaller).
Framed prints get a protective sleeve plus padded corner guards, additional cardboard coverage over the print face, and then a heavy-duty outer box to prevent breakage.

We currently ship to the UK and USA. We’re working to expand to more countries soon.

UK — Express: 2–4 business days
Shipping fees depend on your location and are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address. Some products or destinations may not support both Standard and Express shipping.
Returns & Damaged Goods
For all Homewear & Gifting items, we’re happy to accept returns provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide you with the return address.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Because our art prints and framed products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, however, we’ll do our best to resolve it.
If your frame or hanger is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 14 days using our contact form. Include a photo of the damage, the packaging, and your order ID. We’ll arrange a replacement.

At the moment, we aren’t able to insert a gift note. We know this is something many customers like, so it’s on our list for future improvements.
Yes! We don’t include a printed invoice inside shipments. All invoices and order details are emailed. If you’d like to keep it a surprise, use your own email instead of the recipient’s.
