Returns
Because our art prints are made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on these items.
If you’ve received the wrong print or your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via our contact form within 14 days of delivery and we’ll put it right for you.
For all other items, we’re happy to accept returns provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us first so we can provide you with the return address.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Goods
We take great care when packing your order, but on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. If this happens, we’re so sorry! Please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly for you.
